Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Method

  1. Beat eggs in small bowl
  2. Pre-heat frying pan to a little below medium
  3. Add eggs. Immediately add cheese, green onion, red pepper and bacon
  4. Let egg set; while still slightly runny fold in half (about 3 minutes). Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute 

Notes

  • You can put pretty much anything in an omelette.  In the pics I've used chorizo instead of bacon
