Omelette
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Method
- Beat eggs in small bowl
- Pre-heat frying pan to a little below medium
- Add eggs. Immediately add cheese, green onion, red pepper and bacon
- Let egg set; while still slightly runny fold in half (about 3 minutes). Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute
Notes
- You can put pretty much anything in an omelette. In the pics I've used chorizo instead of bacon
